Shipping Policy

1. Shipping rates

Our standard shipping rates are:

• Merchandise subtotal of US$60 or more: free standard shipping;
• Merchandise subtotal below US$60: US$10 standard shipping.

The threshold is calculated using the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes, customs duties or other government charges. Shipping availability and any alternative expedited options will be shown at checkout when available.

2. Shipping destinations

We ship only to destinations available during checkout. Certain countries, regions, remote areas or restricted addresses may be unavailable due to carrier limitations, customs rules, sanctions or security concerns. We may contact you if we cannot safely or legally fulfill delivery to the address provided.

3. Processing time

Orders are prepared after payment verification. Processing and production times vary by item. In-stock, made-to-order, preorder and custom jewelry may have different dispatch estimates. Any product-specific estimate shown on the product page, custom proposal or order confirmation should be reviewed before purchase.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next applicable business day.

4. Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. International shipments can be delayed by customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, peak seasons, security checks or events outside our reasonable control.

5. Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking number to the email address associated with the order after dispatch. Tracking may take time to update after the package is handed to the carrier.

6. Customs duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees or local taxes imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for paying them. Customs authorities may request identification or other information directly from the recipient.

7. Address accuracy and changes

Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address, recipient name, telephone number and postal code. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or dispatch.

Additional shipping, return or re-delivery costs caused by an incomplete address, refusal, failed delivery or recipient unavailability may be charged to the customer, except where the problem was caused by our error.

8. Lost, damaged or marked-delivered packages

If tracking does not update, a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, or the parcel arrives visibly damaged, contact us promptly at usstaronejewelry@outlook.com. Keep the packaging and provide photos when damage is involved. We may ask the carrier to investigate before a replacement or refund is determined.

9. Split shipments

Items in one order may occasionally ship separately. When this happens, we will provide available tracking details for each parcel. You will not be charged an additional standard shipping fee solely because we split the shipment.

10. Returns

Return shipping is governed by our Return & Refund Policy. For an eligible 7-day no-reason return, the customer pays the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error.
