Return & Refund Policy

1. Seven-day return window

You may request a return of an eligible item within 7 calendar days from the date tracking shows the order was delivered. You do not need to provide a reason for an eligible return.

To meet the deadline, contact us before the 7-day period ends. Requests made after the return window may be declined unless applicable law requires otherwise.

2. Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn, unused and in its original condition;
• Include its original packaging, tags, certificates and accessories, if supplied;
• Show no signs of alteration, damage, fragrance, cosmetics or improper handling; and
• Be returned with the order number or other proof of purchase.

We may reduce or refuse a refund when an item is returned used, damaged, incomplete or materially different from the condition in which it was delivered, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Items that are not eligible for no-reason returns

Unless applicable law gives you additional rights, the 7-day no-reason return does not apply to:

• Custom, made-to-order or personalized jewelry;
• Items that have been engraved, resized or otherwise altered at your request;
• Pierced earrings after a hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened;
• Items marked final sale before purchase; or
• Gift cards or other non-physical value products, if offered.

If a non-returnable item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us so we can review the issue.

4. How to start a return

1. Email usstaronejewelry@outlook.com within 7 calendar days after delivery.
2. Include your order number, the item you wish to return and your contact details. A reason is optional for an eligible no-reason return.
3. Wait for return instructions and the approved return address before sending the item.
4. Package the jewelry securely with all included materials.

Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed or may not be accepted.

5. Return shipping costs

For a no-reason return, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We strongly recommend using a trackable and appropriately insured service. You remain responsible for the package until it is delivered to the return address we provide.

If we confirm that an item was damaged, defective or incorrect when delivered, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.

6. Inspection and refunds

After the return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

Original paid shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and fees are not refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise. If the original order qualified for free shipping, we do not separately deduct an outbound shipping charge from an eligible refund unless a specific promotion clearly stated otherwise.

7. Exchanges

Availability can change, so the fastest way to obtain another style or size is usually to complete an approved return and place a new order. Contact us before returning the item if you would like help checking availability.

8. Order cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or production has begun. Custom, personalized and made-to-order items may become non-cancellable once materials or production have been committed.

9. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location. Where applicable law provides a longer period or additional remedy, that law will apply.
